Terms of Service
Beta notice: Feelu is pre-release software. Features may change, become unavailable, or contain errors.
1. The service
Feelu provides mood journaling, map, profile, personal journey, and insight features. You may use the beta only if you can legally agree to these terms and comply with applicable law.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your credentials secure. Information you provide must be accurate enough to operate the account. Contact us promptly if you believe an account has been misused.
3. Acceptable use
You must not submit or promote content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive, spammy, privacy-invasive, or that infringes another person's rights. You must not scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited, bypass access controls, impersonate others, or use Feelu to locate or target another person.
4. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Feelu a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights necessary to submit it.
5. Public content, reports, and moderation
Content shared publicly may be seen by other users. Users can report or hide content. Feelu may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content and may suspend accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or enforcement. Moderation decisions may be made during the beta without prior notice.
6. Health and crisis disclaimer
Feelu is a self-reflection and journaling product. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, emergency monitoring, or crisis support. Do not rely on Feelu for urgent or professional care.
7. Location safety
Consider using approximate location and avoid publishing information that could reveal a home, workplace, school, or another sensitive place. You are responsible for your sharing choices.
8. Beta availability and warranties
The beta is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, preservation of beta data, or that every feature will work on every device.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Feelu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-data damages arising from use of the beta. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Ending use
You can stop using Feelu and delete your account in Settings. We may restrict access for serious or repeated violations, security risks, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the beta.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as Feelu evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes may be communicated in the app or through TestFlight notes.
